We will correct any errors we make in print size, product cutting, material damage, print image shift, printing delays and lost or damaged packages. If for any reason you aren’t completely satisfied with your order, please contact our Customer Service Team at 888.758.7260 or QC@2DayBanners.com within 5 days of reciept of your order. We will do everything we can to make your order perfect, even if that means reprinting your job once your order is returned and reviewed by our Quality Control Team. You never have to worry about getting the perfect job from 2DayBanners.com!
We ask for your understanding that certain circumstances are beyond our control and we are unable to warranty them. This includes the following:
• Shipping delays due to terms defined by the courier, including weather, mechanical failure, etc.
• Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors made by customers when entering text or order information.
• Low resolution images uploaded or provided by the customer.
• Customer errors including, design errors, file submission or duplicate orders.
• Color variances due RGB monitor previews.
• Errors in customer-selected options, such as material, color, size, and quantity.
To provide you the best possible outcome, please keep these few things in mind:
Samples: Before placing a large order, we suggest you order a free sample pack. This will let you know what to expect from your finished product. We DO NOT match other companies materials, for example, banners printed on our stock will be thicker and more durable than flimsy drugstore or "pack and mail" store banners.
Color Variation: To keep our prices low and our production streamlined, we print all regular online orders at print industry's standard 95% to 98% color match and will make every rational effort to print your product as close to the colors you have provided as possible.a If you have any concerns about the color or tone, we recommend that you ask for a custom quote of Pantone Color Matched printing.
Proof Review: When using the online designer tool and during order process, please (please! pretty please!!) review your online proof carefully and correct any mistakes prior to submitting your order. Our online template and design-your-own orders are sent automatically to our production department and printed and no changes to a file will be possible after order submission. If there is a typo or admission it will be your responsibility.
Printing and Shipping Times: We print and ship most products in 2 Days, thats why we are called 2DayBanners.com While next day shipping is offered on many of our products, some factors may affect your delivery time. These include but are not limited to: Shipping company delays, rural delivery areas, weather impact and incomplete/incorrect addresses.

Due to the nature of One-Time Events, Backdrop Banners are non-refundable but are fully covered by our QC Guarantee.
